Lemonade again! Stir fry again!

So if you couldn’t tell from our last two posts, we’ve been really into making homemade fresh lemonade this summer. It’s so easy, and quite frankly a bit addictive! I think it’s one of those things that has the power to transport you right back to summer as a kid with each sip. So, we made some more lemonade. And then guess what we had it with this time…. yep, stir fry. The usual. Turns out this refreshing bevy also pairs wonderfully with the kick of our favorite Thai flavors. I think this stir fry consisted of egg noodles, brussel sprouts, bell peppers, celery, mushrooms, shrimp, Thai chili peppers, and a few peanuts. The sauce is James’ specialty… a simple combo of fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and love.
